减少数控机床故障方法与维修

摘要

This paper mainly introduced how to reduce the occurence of nc machine tool fault, hereby,it mainly introduced two causes of emergency stop(ESP),namely normal ESP and abnormal ESP. It studied and analyzed the causes resulted these two kinds of ESP and concluded that timely maintenance and proper application would reduce the occurence of machinery tool fault ,extend the service life and decrease the cost of repair and improve the efficient application time of the nc machine tools.%文章主要介绍怎样去减少数控机床的故障，在此主要介绍下数控车床的两个急停原因正常急停与非正常急停。通过研究分析产生这两种急停的原因，去按时保养和正确合理地使用数控机床，能减少机床故障，延长机床使用寿命，降低维修成本，提高数控机床的有效使用时间。
