家禽MHC分子多态性与抗病育种

摘要

MHC was an important immunity molecule which had obvious relativity with disease and could be inherited steadily. Research on molecular characteristic of poultry MHC was one important step for disease resistance breeding. MHC's genetic structure and diversity, relativity with disease and disease resistance breeding were illustrated. And finally the problems and future research directions were also proposed.%主要就家禽的组织相容性复合体(MHC)基因结构与多态性、与疾病的相关性以及抗病育种等方面进行了阐述,并提出了存在的问题和今后的研究方向.
