绿色环保桐油漆的研制

         

摘要

Raw lacquer, rang oil and rosin produced in Enshi were used as material to prepare green tung paint. Using the apparent of paint film as indicator, the factors affecting the quality of paint were studied by single factor experiment and orthogonal test. The results showed that the optimum producing craft was as follows, mass ratio of tong oil to raw lacquer, 8.0:2.0; dosage of desiccant, 0.06 g/mL; dosage of rosin, 0.06 g/mL; pH, 6.0. The paint produced under this optimized formula was with good brightness, rapid drying quality, high hardness and great film-forming effect. The content of heavy metal and volatile organic compounds (VOC) detected in this product was lower than national standard and met the criterion of green production, thus this tung paint was with development value.%选用恩施本地生漆、桐油、松香等纯天然原料制备绿色环保油漆,参考影响油漆成膜的因素,以油漆表面观测指标为依据,设计单因素试验和正交试验,优化产品配方.结果显示桐油和生漆的质量比为8.0:2.0;干燥剂的加入量为0.06 g/mL、松香的加入量为0.06 g/mL、pH值为6.0时,所得产品光泽度好,干燥快,硬度高,成膜效果佳;产品经测定重金属含量、可挥发性有机化合物(VOC)含量均未超标,达到环保标准,具有开发价值.
