通过流行病学调查、临床症状、实验室诊断及抗体诊断试剂盒检测等方法,对出现高热症病的4 589头病猪临床表现类型进行系统分类.结果表明,皮肤型占98.3%(4509/4589),呼吸障碍型占40.9%(1879/4589),消化障碍型占54.7%(2 509/4 589).神经型占2.7%(124/4 589),泌尿障碍型占0.8%(37/4 589),运动障碍型占4.5%(208/4 589).引起猪流行性高热症的主要因为是多种病毒与细菌混合感染所致,约占91.O%(4 176/4 589);由于接种疫苗而发病的占9.0%(413/4 589).发病猪可采用同源组织灭活苗以及相应的对症方法进行治疗;对接种疫苗发病的猪,应采取清热解毒的方法进行治疗,治愈率可达85%以上.%The 4 589 pigs with high fever syndrome were classified systematically based on the epidemiology investigation, the clinical symptoms, laboratory diagnosis and antibody diagnostic kit. The results showed that the skin type, respiratory disorder type, digestive disorder type, nervous type, urological disorder type and movement disorder type accounted for 98.3％ (4 509/4 589), 40.9％(1 879/4 589), 54.7％(2 509/4 589), 2.7％(124/4 589), 0.8％(37/4 589)and 4.5％(208/4 589)respectively. The main reasons for the swine epidemic high fever syndrome were the mixed infection caused by virus and bacteria,which accounted for 91.0％(4 176/4 589), and caused by injection accounted for 9.0％(413/4 589). The infected pigs could be treated by homologous organization inactivated vaccine and other corresponding symptomatic treatment methods. The sick pigs resulted of vaccination should adopt the method of reducing fever and detoxification, the cure rate could be above 85％.
