杀菌剂对玉米顶腐病菌的抑菌效果测定

摘要

室内抑菌、毒力测定表明,不同杀菌剂对玉米(Zea mays L.)顶腐病菌(Fusarium subglutinans)菌丝生长的抑制作用不同；玉米顶腐病菌对化学杀菌剂表现敏感,但是敏感程度不同.筛选出10％环唑醇、10％丙环唑、12.5％腈菌唑、50％退菌特等对玉米顶腐病菌抑制效果较好的药剂,可作为防治该病害的首选药剂.%Determination results of indoor bacteriostasis and toxicity showed that the inhibition effects on mycelial growth of maize top rot fungus were different according to fungicides adopted; maize top rot fungus was sensitive to all fungicides but with different levels of sensitiveness accordingly. 10% Cyproconazole, 10% Propiconazole, 12.5% Myclobutanil and 50% Tuzet were selected as better fungicides to maize top rot fungus, and some useful data on chemical control of the fungus were alsornprovided.
