萘乙酸对腊梅扦插生根的影响

摘要

采用田间随机区组试验,研究了不同浓度萘乙酸(NAA)处理对甘肃地区露地腊梅(Prunusmume Sieb.et Zucc)扦插生根的影响.结果表明,与对照相比,不同浓度萘乙酸对腊梅扦插生根的影响极显著(P＜0.01),适宜浓度的萘乙酸可以极大地提高腊梅的扦插成活率,处理浓度为100 mg/L时的生根率、根量、根长、新梢长、发芽总数和最终成活数都最高,分别为45.42％、3.29条/株、3.73 cm、0.29 cm、55株和42株,当浓度增至300 mg/L时各指标均低于对照.试验结果可为甘肃地区腊梅的扦插繁殖提供一定的依据.%The effects of different concentration of naphthyl acetic acid (NAA)on cutting rooting of Prunus mume Sieb.et Zucc in open feild in Gansu province were studied by using random blocks design. The results showed that there were significant effects of different concentration of NAA on cutting rooting of P. mume (P<0.01). The survival rate of P. mume could be greatly improved by suitable concentrations of NAA, The root rate, root volume, root length, new brush length, the total number of germination and ultimate survival number were the best under 100mg/L NAA. The figures were 45.42%, 3.29 per strain, 3.73 cm, 0.29 cm, 55 and 42, respectively. However, when the concentration of NAA was increased to 300 mg/L, each indicators was lower than that in the control The results would provide a scientific basis and technical support for cutting propagation of P. mume in Gansu.
