模拟发酵床对鸡粪除臭菌株的筛选

     

摘要

采用稀释平板涂布法和平板划线法,从长期堆放鸡粪的土壤中分离出3株酵母菌、3株放线菌和2株光合细菌:从发霉的馒头上分离出2株黑曲霉.通过模拟发酵床养鸡技术,采用日本6级恶臭强度法,经过9d的发酵,最终筛选出4株除臭效果较好的菌株为酵1#、放1#、光2#和黑1#.%By dilution spread plate method and plate streaking method, 3 strains of yeast, 3 strains of actinomyces, 2 strains of photosynthetic bacteria from the soil with long-term piled up chicken manure, and 2 strains of aspergillus niger from moldy steamed-bread were seperated. Through simulated fermentation bed and Japan 6-levels odor method, 4 strains (yeast 1', actinomycesl*, photosynthetic bacteria2' and aspergillus nigerl") with good odor-removal effects were selected after 9 days fermentation.
