古村落记载了历史的发展轨迹和脉络传承,是历史遗留给后人的宝贵财富,有着较高的民俗价值和人文观赏价值.灵水举人村作为京西古村落群中的一支奇葩,其千百年来的历史积淀和地方风俗特色形成了一种独特的旅游资源.在阐述了灵水举人村的主要景观遗产、宗教及民俗文化特色后,分析了灵水举人村的开发现状,根据现阶段存在的问题,对灵水举人村文化遗产资源方面提出了系统的保护原则,并对其今后的旅游开发提出了建议或策略,以促使灵水举人村的景观价值、建筑价值、文化价值得到更好的开发利用与关注.%Ancient villages, which record the development of history as a precious treasure, had great value in folklore and aesthetics. As a wonderful work of west Beijing ancient village group, Lingshui Juren village is a unique tourism resource due to its historical remains and particular local customs. The main landscape, religion and folk culture characteristics as well as the current development situation of Lingshui Juren village were described and analyzed. A systematic protection principle was proposed aiming at protecting the heritage of Lingshui Juren village. Suggestions on future tourism development were also put forward to improve the development of landscape value, architecture value and cultural value of Lingshui Juren village.
