网箱养殖条件下黄鳝性腺发育的研究

摘要

对网箱养殖条件下黄鳝(Monasteries albus)性腺发育进行研究.结果表明,在网箱养殖条件下,黄鳝性腺发育过程可分为雌性、间性、雄性3个阶段.卵巢发育分为Ⅰ～Ⅵ期；间性性腺发育分为间性Ⅰ期和间性Ⅱ期;精巢发育分为Ⅰ～Ⅵ期.各期性腺主要包含对应时相的生殖细胞,也有其他时相生殖细胞存在,生殖细胞的发育速度并不一致.%Gonad development of Monasteries albus cultured in cage was studied.In cage culture condition,gonad development of M.albus was divided into three stages female,intersex and male.Female stage included Ⅰ to Ⅵ,intersex stage included Ⅰ and Ⅱ,male stage included Ⅰ to Ⅵ.In different development stages,gonad mainly contained the corresponding reproductive cells,and other phases of reproductive cells,the development speed of reproductive cells was not consistent.
