In order to investigate the effect of heat treatment on hydrophobic performance of three kinds of pine wood,heat treatment was performed on specimens of Scots pine(Pinus sylvestris),Jack pine(P.banksiana) and Mason pine(P.massomana) at 180 ℃ under the protection of water vapour;then the contact angle and surface roughness were examined and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) analysis was conducted.The results showed that after heat treatment,the contact angle was increased while the surface roughness was decreased,which had no significant correlation with the contact angle.The absorbance of hydroxyl groups was reduced;the change of carbonyl absorbance varied among wood species and treatment time.Heat treatment enhanced the hydrophobic properties of three kinds of pine wood.%将欧洲赤松(Pinus sylvestris)、北美短叶松(P.banksiana)和马尾松(P.massomana)木材在水蒸气保护下进行180℃热处理,测量接触角和粗糙度,并采用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)分析,考察热处理对3种松木木材疏水性能的影响.结果表明,热处理后木材的接触角增大,粗糙度变小但与接触角无显著相关性,羟基官能团吸光度下降,羰基官能团吸光度的变化因树种和处理时间而异,热处理增强了3种松木木材的疏水性能.
