YC2105型柴油机电子调速器信号检测单元的设计

     

摘要

To improve precision,reduce fuel consumption,reduce emissions and so on,the YC2105 type diesel engine mechanical governor was converted to electronic governor.Signal detection units were designed specially for modified electronic governor,including fuel injection pump speed signal detection unit,fuel injection pump rack displacement signal detection unit and fuel injection pump accelerator pedal angle signal detection unit.Sensor selection and design of measurement circuit for the three detection units laid the foundations for the further design of control system.%将YC2105型柴油机机械式调速器改装为电子调速器,达到提高调节精度、降低油耗、减少排放等目的.针对改装后电子调速器的检测单元进行设计,包括喷油泵转速信号检测单元、喷油泵供油齿杆位移信号检测单元、喷油泵加速踏板转角信号检测单元等3个检测单元传感器的选用及测量电路的设计等,为下一步控制系统的设计打下基础.
