基于SolidWorks的拖拉机齿轮泵虚拟装配及模态分析

         

摘要

The functions of senior modeling visual assembly and kinematics & motion simulation of the critical component based on SolidWorks software,made structure characteristics modeling of parts and visual assembly & motion simulation of key parts from tractor's external gearing cylindrical gear pumps come true.The results above will promote fast optimal design and simplify design process of tractor's gear pumps.At the same time,the natural vibration frequency and vibration mode characteristics of gears for gear pumps were obtained by modality analysis based on Simulation module,which provide scientific basis for further research of structure and dynamics analysis.%基于SolidWorks软件的高级建模装配和机构运动仿真等功能,实现了拖拉机用外啮合圆柱形齿轮泵的各零部件结构特征造型和关键部件的虚拟装配及运动仿真,有利于齿轮泵快速优化设计,简化了设计过程;同时应用Simulation仿真模块对齿轮泵齿轮进行模态分析,得到了齿轮泵用齿轮的固有振动频率和振型特征,为进一步研究齿轮泵的结构和动力学分析提供了依据.
