十堰市烟草病毒病的调查及防治策略

摘要

在湖北省十堰市烤烟区开展烟草病毒病调查,结果发现,该地区病毒病发生普遍,发生与气候、前作、生育阶段关系密切.病毒种类主要有TMV、CMV、PVX、PVY、TEV、TRSV 6种,其中TMV、CMV、PVX检出率最高,病害以复合侵染为主,占58.11％.病源有带毒蚜虫、土壤中的病残体、染病杂草、带毒烟苗,传播方式主要为机械和蚜虫传播.试验表明轮作可以有效降低发病率.在调查和试验的基础上提出了综合防治措施.%According to the investigation of tobacco virus diseases in Shiyan of Hubei province,the results showed that tobacco virus diseases occurred commonly and had close relationship with climate,preceding crop and growth stage.There were 6 mainl pathogens like TMV,CMV,PVY,PVX,TEV and TRSV.And TMV,CMV,PVX were found with high detection rate which accounted for 58.11％ and caused compounded infection.The virus sources were aphids,plant debris in soil,infected weeds and seedlings.Transmission modes were mainly machinery and aphid transmission.Field experiments showed that morbidity could be effectively reduced by crop rotation.On the basis of the investigation,integrated control measures were proposed.
