The development of “Qingjiangyuan” modern tobacco agricultural science park is headed by technological innovation, and based on system innovation. Two key points including recyclable economy and advanced high technology were used to promote the rapid development of agricultural science park.%“清江源”现代烟草农业科技园区的创新发展以科技创新为龙头，体制创新为基础，紧抓循环经济和高新技术两个关键，推动农业科技园区的快速发展。
