黄精根茎高效离体再生体系的建立

         

摘要

以黄精(Polygonatum sibiricum Delar. ex Redoute)根茎为试材,研究不同培养基组合对黄精根茎离体再生的影响。结果表明,黄精根茎最佳诱导培养基为MS+4.0 mg/L 6-BA +0.2 mg/L NAA,最佳增殖培养基为MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+1.0 mg/L TDZ+0.1 mg/L IBA,最佳生根培养基为1/2 MS+0.5 mg/L NAA+0.5 mg/L IBA+50 mg/L AC。%The rhizomes of Polygonatum sibiricum Delar. ex Redoute were used to study the influences of different medium combinations on regeneration in vitro. The results showed that the best medium for bud induction of Polygonatum sibiricum Delar. ex Redoute was MS+4.0 mg/L 6-BA +0.2 mg/L NAA. The optimum medium for rhizomes proliferation was MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA +1.0 mg/L TDZ +0.1 mg/L IBA. The suitable medium for plantlet rooting was 1/2 MS+0.5 mg/L NAA +0.5 mg/L IBA+50 mg/L AC.
