对2011-2015年湖北省审定的69个水稻(Oryza sativa L.)品种的品质检测结果分年度与品种类型进行了稻谷质量7个主要指标的统计.统计数据与分析结果表明,2011-2015年平均优质率为69.6%,出糙率、整精米率、直链淀粉含量、胶稠度和长宽比的平均数都达国标三级及三级以上质量标准;垩白粒率、垩白度仍是影响稻米品质的主要因素.并对存在的问题提出了几点思考.%The quality testing results of 69 rice varieties released during 2011-2015 in Hubei province were analyzed based on 7 main quality indexes. Statistics showed that the average percentage of high-quality rice was 69.6%. The average value of brown rice rate,milled rice rate,amylose content,gel consistency and aspect ratio reached the third grade of GB quality stan-dards. Chalkiness was still the main affecting factor of rice quality.
