色谱及其联用技术在硒形态分析中的应用

硒是人体必需的微量元素,食品中的硒元素形态有多种,硒的化学形态可以影响人体补硒效果,硒形态分析研究具有重要意义.硒形态分析比传统的硒总量分析复杂很多,本研究综述了色谱及其联用技术在硒形态分析中的应用,主要包括液相色谱、气相色谱、毛细管电泳、离子色谱等光谱/质谱联用技术,以期为硒形态的分析提供理论依据.%Selenium is the essential trace elements for human body.
