PDCA在变应性鼻炎出院患者随访护理中的应用

摘要

目的探究PDCA对变应性鼻炎出院患者随访护理效果的影响。方法选择2012年5月至2013年10月就诊的变应性鼻炎患者100例。将患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各50例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组则在常规护理基础上采用PDCA进行为期1年的随访护理。观察并比较两组患者的治疗依从性、疗效、焦虑、抑郁情况和自我效能感。结果观察组患者的总有效率、依从性明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。干预后观察组SAS评分和SDS评分低于对照组，而GSES评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 PDCA对变应性鼻炎出院患者随访护理有利于患者康复。%Objective To discuss the effect of PDCA on follow-up care for discharged patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods In total of 100 patients with allergic rhinitis received treatment from May 2012 to October 2013 were included in our study. We divided the patients into control group and observation group randomly with 50 patients in each group. Patients in control group received routine nursing, while patients in observation group received not only routine nursing but also follow-up care with the application of PDCA for one year. The treatment adherence, efficacy, anxiety, depression and self-efficacy of patients in the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate and patients' compliance in observation group were significantly better than that of control group and there were significant differences (P<0.05). After the intervention, the SAS score and SDS score in observation group were lower than that of control group, but GSES score in observation group was higher than that of control group. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA in follow-up care for discharged patients with allergic rhinitis is beneficial to patients' recovery.
