辽宁阜新地区马铃薯产业存在的问题及解决对策

The Significance of potato industry and the present situation of potato industry in Fuxin in Liaoning province were introduced. Then the current problems were analyzed, such as the production technologies were relatively backward, the farmers had insufficient understanding on new technologies, the combination of science research and production was weak, the model of ＂scientific research units ＋production enterprises＋farmers＂ has not formed, the rural economic man has no obvious effects and so on. Finally, the corresponding solutions were proposed.%介绍了马铃薯产业的重要意义及辽宁省阜新地区马铃薯产业的现状,分析了当前存在的问题,如马铃薯生产技术较落后,农民对新技术的作用认识不足,科研与生产结合不紧密,＂科研单位＋生产企业＋农户＂的模式尚未形成,农村经济人的作用还不明显等,并提出了相应的解决办法。
