去皮解除休眠对楠木种子萌芽及幼苗生长影响

摘要

[Objective] To investigate of effect of peeling off dormancy on seed germination and seedling growth of phoebe zhennan. [Method] Peeding seeds was taken as control,records germination time, height,ground diameter,root length,Lateral root number of seed germination and seedless seed germination were researched. [Result]Seed germination was more than one month ahead of the seedless seed germination.The height of seedling,ground diameter,root length and lateral root of the seedless are better than those of seedling. [Conclusion] Peeling off can improve the seedling growth of phoebe zhennan.%[目的]研究去除外皮对楠木种子萌芽及幼苗生长的影响.[方法]以不去皮处理种子为对照,观察去皮种子萌发时间,记录移苗时幼苗的苗高、地径、根长、侧根数.[结果]经过去皮处理的种子比没有经过去皮处理的种子发芽提前1个多月;种子去皮处理育出的苗木苗高、地径、根长、侧根数均比不去皮处理育出的苗木长势好.[结论]去皮处理能够改善楠木幼苗早期的生长情况.
