The paper makes an introduction to the main technical problems on primary electric design for the exten-sion project of Bagong hydropower station, and the adopted technical measures from design scheme aspect and from the aspects of selection, layout and structural features of equipments.%介绍了龙江拔贡水电站改扩建工程电气一次设计的主要技术问题，从设计方案，设备选型、布置及结构特点等方面概述设计所采取的技术措施。
