岩滩水电厂主变冷却器控制回路优化改造

         

摘要

The reliable and stable operation of cooling system for large main transformer can improve the main trans-former's cooling effect,reduce its temperature rise,slow down its insulation ageing and extend its service life,which guarantees a long-period,safe and stable operation of main transformer under various operating conditions. The cool-ing system's operation reliability will be improved,and the emergency shutdown and the damage to the main trans-former,due to oil temperature rise failure caused by the abnormity of cooling system, will be corrected and repaired when the cooling system for the four main transformers in Yantan Hydropower Plant are optimized and innovated. Be-sides,the optimized cooling system can provide more time to the operation and maintenance personnel for trou-bleshooting and it can also realize few-person attended mode or even non-attended mode.%  大型主变压器的冷却系统可靠、稳定的运行,可以提高主变压器的冷却效果,降低主变压器温升,延缓主变压器绝缘老化、延长使用寿命,从而保证主变压器在各种工况下能够长周期安全稳定运行。岩滩水电厂4台主变压器冷却系统优化改造后,提高冷却器的运行可靠性,消除了因冷却系统的原因造成主变压器油温上升故障从而引起主变压器事故停运、损坏的问题;同时也给运维人员进行故障消缺处理提供更多的时间。经过优化改造主变冷却系统达到无人值班,少人值守的要求。
