The paper mainly introduces the risks on long-period stable and safe operation of Bailongtan hydropower station under low head conditions, and the countermeasures such as technology innovation, adjustments on monitoring and operation modes, as well as the results thereof.%∶文章主要介绍百龙滩水电厂机组在低水头长周期下安全稳定运行的风险及所采取的技术革新和攻坚、监控手段、运行方式的调整等应对措施及取得的效果。
