水电厂双调机组自动控制系统优化研究

         

摘要

水电厂双调机组,即水轮机导叶、桨叶均可根据现场运行情况进行调节开度或角度,以达到最优效率运行的机组。该类型机组控制系统更为复杂,设备性能、精度等技术参数要求更高,所以只有将控制系统的控制、维护、状态检测与管理功能进行有机结合,把现代的信息技术、智能技术引入其中,针对不同控制系统的设计特点、运行现状等因素进行优化设备调节性能和匹配程度,不断地提高控制系统的调节品质以及可靠性和经济性,才能达到优化运行研究的目的。文章重点探讨如何通过优化双调机组控制系统逻辑功能,提高水电厂双调机组自动控制系统的可靠性和安全性。%Double adjusting unit means the turbine whose guide vanes' and blades' opening or angle can be adjusted according to the site operation so as to achieve optimal efficiency operation. The unit has a complex control system, which requires the good performance and high accuracy equipments. Therefore,the control, maintenance, state de-tection and management functions of the control system must be integrated through introducing modern information and intelligent technologies. The reliability,economy and regulation performance of the control system will be im-proved continuously through optimization based on the design characteristics and operating state of different control systems. The paper focuses on how to improve the reliability and safety of automatic control system of double adjusting unit through optimizing its logic functions.
