This paper introduces the principle and damage of one point earthing fault of generator rotor as well as the causes, search methods and preventive measures for such fault based on a fault example in a power station.%文章介绍了发电机转子一点接地的原理及危害，并结合某电厂1台发电机转子一点接地报警实例，介绍发电机转子一点接地故障的原因分析、查找办法及防范措施。
