黄骅港智能堆场研究

摘要

对港口而言, 堆场是运营的核心环节, 堆场的吞吐能力直接决定着港口能力.而制约堆场吞吐能力的关键点之一正是堆场设备的生产能力.为提高设备能力, 减轻工作人员劳动强度, 黄骅港进行了堆场设备智能化研究, 提出了整套散货堆场自动化解决方案, 实现了除清垛外设备的全自动运行.%As far as the port is concerned, the storage yard is the key link of operation, and the handling capacity of the storage yard directly determines the port capacity. One of the key points restricting the throughput capacity of the yard is the production capacity of the yard equipment. In order to improve the equipment capacity and reduce the labor intensity of workers, Huanghua Port has conducted a research on the intellectualization of the yard equipment and put forward a complete set of automatic solutions for bulk storage yard, realizing the full-automatic operation of the equipment except for stack removal.
