具有摇动式平衡臂的单动臂塔式起重机顶部设计

     

摘要

通过总结分析现有塔式起重机的可移动配重设计方案的优缺点, 在SXD50塔机的基础上提出了新式摇动平衡臂、格构式塔头、回转上支座等起重机顶部部件的设计方案.摇动式平衡臂采用平行四边形结构, 由两片平行桁架结构、平台、变幅机构、配重组成, 在变幅机构牵引下绕回转平台的运动, 由平衡臂变幅控制系统控制, 产生与前倾力矩相等的后倾力矩, 实现起重机塔身的力矩平衡.平衡臂变幅机构座于平台上, 即充分利用了起重机顶部空间, 又可作为配重使用.平衡臂与吊臂可在顶部收拢, 便于拆除, 可适应输电线路铁塔组立施工需要.平衡臂、塔头及平台均通过了结构强度校核计算, 满足设计要求.%By summarizing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing design scheme of movable counterweight for tower crane, a new design scheme of crane top parts such as swing balance arm, lattice tower head and rotary upper support is proposed on the basis of SXD 50 tower crane. The rocking balance arm adopts a parallelogram structure and consists of two parallel truss structures, a platform, a luf?ng mechanism and a counterweight. The movement around the rotating platform under the traction of the luf?ng mechanism is controlled by the luf?ng control system of the balance arm to generate a backward tilting moment equal to the forward tilting moment to realize the moment balance of the crane tower. The balance arm luf?ng mechanism is located on the platform, which makes full use of the overhead space of the crane and can also be used as a counterweight. The balance arm and the boom can be folded at the top, which is convenient to dismantle and can meet the needs of the erection construction of the transmission line tower. The balance arm, tower head and platform all pass the structural strength check calculation and can meet the design requirements.
