以SIMPACK软件为多刚体动力学仿真平台、Ansys软件为柔性体仿真平台,采用在系统外将车体柔性化的建模方法建立C80B型敞车刚-柔耦合动力学模型,进行动力学性能仿真计算.在此基础上与刚体动力学模型仿真计算的动力学性能指标进行对比,分析车辆仿真模型中车体柔性化处理对动力学性能的影响.计算分析结果表明:车辆仿真模型中车体柔性化处理对车辆动力学性能的影响大于刚性车体对动力学性能的影响.%With SIMPACK software as multi-body dynamics simulation platform, and Ansys software as flexible-body simulation platform, the modeling method of car body flexibility out of the system is adopted to establish the rigid-flexible coupling model for C80B gondola car and simulation calculation of dynamics performance is performed. With the comparison between this research result and dynamics performance index of rigid-body dynamics model simulation calculation, this paper analyzes the effect of the body flexible processing of the body simulation model on the dynamics performance. The results show that the effect of body flexible processing of the body simulation model on body dynamics performance is greater than that of rigid-body on the dynamics performance.
