EMS升降吊具皮带厚度偏差对车身姿态的影响

摘要

研究了整车厂总装车间输送设备系统，针对EMS升降吊具在安装过程中皮带厚度偏差所造成的问题，建立并分析了成卷皮带厚度偏差与产品车身姿态的对应关系，并以某总装车间输送系统EMS吊具为例，实现了对吊具下方产品车身姿态的控制，对于皮带卷扬机构的设计及安装调试具有重要意义。%The conveying equipment system in assembly shop of the automobile factory is studied in the paper.The correspondence between thickness deviation of coiling sling belt and vehicle attitude is built and analyzed aiming at the problem of belt thickness deviation of EMS lifting sling belt during installation,in order to control the vehicle attitude below the sling with the conveying equipment system in assembly shop as an example,which can provide significance for the de-sign,installation and commissioning of belt hoisting mechanisms.
