摘要

With waste engineering mechanical products as research object,the influencing factors for discerptibility of engineering mechanical products and disassembly methods are analyzed to get the reproduction blank with optimal remedy value.The loader is taken as an example to put forward the disassembly process and method applicable for loader’s own characteristics.%以废旧的工程机械产品为研究对象，为获得具有最佳修复价值的再制造毛坯，分析了工程机械产品可拆解性的影响因素及拆解方式，并以装载机为例，提出适合装载机自身特点的拆解工艺流程和方法。
