接煤板的设计与应用

摘要

To solve the problem that the coal blending is stuck in the tail drum during conveying of the belt conveyor , and improve safety and stability of system operation , the coal-receiving plate is self-designed and manufactured , which can automatically clean the coal blending stuck in the conveyor tail drum on-line, without damaging the belt , in no need of set-ting the additional drive; such coal-receiving plate effectively solves the problem of material stuck in the drum during con-veying of the sticky coal, which can reduce the labor strength , extend the service life of the belt , and decrease the costs.%　　为了解决带式输送机在输送过程中尾滚筒粘附配合煤的问题，提高系统运行的安全稳定性，自行设计制作了接煤板，该装置能够自动在线清理输送机尾滚筒粘附的配合煤，不损伤胶带，不需另外设置动力，有效解决了生产中运输湿粘煤造成滚筒粘料的问题，可以降低劳动强度，延长胶带使用寿命，降低成本。
