故障诊断技术在鱼雷型混铁车上的应用研究

摘要

With continuous aging of the transport equipment in domestic steel factories,the repair workload of torpedo ladle car is increasingly heavily these days.The original procedure can no longer satisfy the demand.In view of this situa-tion,considering the mature and well-established engineering mechanical fault diagnosis technology at home and abroad,a fault-detection and diagnosis method is put forward in the study to be used for regular repair of the wheelsets of torpedo ladle cars.The technology has been successfully applied in the wheelset repair shops of certain domestic large-scale steel factory, which has greatly reduced the workload of repairmen with its fast and accurate diagnosis,improved the work efficiency of wheelset repair and maintenance,and filled the void of the fault diagnosis technology in this field in our country.%随着国内各大钢厂的重要运输设备---鱼雷型混铁车的逐渐老化，混铁车的维修工作量不断加大，原来的工艺措施已经不能满足需要。针对这种状况，结合国内外成熟和完善的工程机械故障诊断技术，提出了一种故障检测、故障诊断的方法措施，用于混铁车轮对的定期检修，目前这项技术已经成功应用于国内某大型钢厂的轮对检修车间，诊断快速、判断精准，显著地减轻了维修人员劳动强度的同时，也大大提高了轮对检修维护的工作效率，填补了国内故障诊断技术在该领域内的空白。
