秸秆发电厂中带式输送机托辊的布置

摘要

According to normal arrangement of the belt conveyer in current straw power plants,the spacing between loaded roller and return roller is worked out through tension calculation.The chart is drawn considering the material proper-ties of various biomass fuels to get reasonable spacing between rollers of the belt conveyer,which can not only save the en-gineering investment,but also reduce the operating cost and maintenance workload.%根据目前秸秆发电厂带式输送机的常规布置，通过张力计算，推算出承载和回程托辊的间距，再结合各种生物质燃料的物料特性，经过绘制图表，分析得出秸秆发电厂带式输送机托辊的合理间距，节省工程投资的同时，降低运行费用，减少维护工作量。
