新型移动式螺旋平料机的研发

摘要

In view of shortcomings in flattening methods for current bulk materials,the paper puts forward a new-type movable spiral flattening machine which is divided into travelling,lifting,and flattening parts,and introduces technology a-nalysis for functions and structure of each part,with flattening technology verified through simulation test.Based on the a-nalysis results,each part of the flattening machine is designed,3D model for the whole machine is built,which can provide guidance for R&D of new-type flatting machine.%针对现有散货物料平料方式的不足，提出了一种新型移动式散货平料机。将平料机分为行走、提升、平料三个部分，并对各部分的功能、结构进行技术分析，通过模拟实验验证平料机的平料技术。根据技术分析结果，完成平料机各机构的设计，并建立了平料机整机的三维模型，以指导该新型平料机的研制。
