摘要

The paper describes the test principle for testing dynamic torque of the brake motor,how to calculate and set the rotary inertia and computer detecting principle,and introduces the design method of inertia fly wheels.Through the overall structural design,convenience and effectiveness of such device is verified by practical measurement.%阐述了制动电机动态制动力矩测试原理，以及如何计算并配置转动惯量和计算机检测原理，介绍了惯性飞轮的设计方法。通过整体结构设计，并以测量实例验证了本装置设计的方便性和有效性。
