天轮衬垫是天轮的重要部件,在工作过程中承担着钢丝绳的自重、平衡尾绳重、容器自重、载货重以及各种动载荷和冲击载荷。天轮衬垫磨损会造成提升机钢丝绳受力不均,影响矿井的安全提升,所以,对天轮衬垫的磨损研究非常重要。文中选用聚丙烯(PP)作为衬垫材料,通过 SolidWorks 建立三维模型,分析工作过程中的磨损量,并利用 SolidWorks SimulationXpress 进行受力分析。%As an important part of the hoister,the gasket is used to bear the weight of steel ropes,weight of balanced tail rope,weight of containers,weight of cargo,and various dynamic loads and impact load.Abrasion of the hoister gasket will cause uneven stress on the steel rope of the hoister and affect safe lifting of the mine,so it’s important to study the abra-sion of the hoister gasket.The paper chooses polypropylene as the gasket material,builds a 3D model with SolidWorks to analyze the abrasion loss during operation and performs stress analysis with SolidWorks SimulationXpress.
