链式推进设备启动特性研究

         

摘要

对一种链式推进设备启动特性进行理论分析. 根据相关设备的结构特点, 将链条看作弹性单元,建立了链传动启动过程的运动微分方程. 依据方程求解结果, 对负载与平台间摩擦因数、 链条刚度、 启动加速时间等参数变化对负载运动速度的影响进行了对比分析, 分析表明: 减小摩擦因数、 提高链条刚度、 合理选取启动加速时间将会使负载启动速度更加平稳.%Theoretic analysis is performed on the startup characteristics of chain propulsion equipment.According to the structural characteristics of related equipment, the chain is seen as an elastic element to develop the motion differential equation for startup process of the chain transmission.Based on the equation solution, the effect of variation of various pa-rameters such as friction factor between the load and the platform, chain rigidity, startup acceleration time on the velocity of the loaded motion is analyzed and compared, indicating that the the loaded starting speed can be more stable by reducing the friction factor, improving the chain rigidity and reasonably selecting the starting acceleration time.
