针对起重机伸缩臂体之间通常存在间隙的问题, 通过设计侧面起重机伸缩臂体锁紧机构, 说明该机构在伸缩臂体中的应用. 该机构通过利用伸缩臂体外侧锁紧液压缸将其连接的动楔形块与伸缩臂体内部的定楔形块挤压自锁, 可以控制伸缩臂在运动范围内的任何位置进行臂体间锁紧, 减小了伸缩臂的挠度和晃动量,提高侧面自装卸运输车偏载作业的稳定性和安全性. 该方法可以拓展应用到其他的伸缩机构中.%In view of problems in clearance existing in the telescopic boom of the crane, the paper introduces a locking mechanism of telescopic boom of side cranes, indicating the application of the mechanism in the telescopic boom.The mechanism is designed to realize squeezing self-locking of the dynamic wedge block connected to the locking hydraulic cyl-inder and fixed wedge block in the telescopic boom using the locking hydraulic cylinder outside the boom, to control the boom for locking in any position of the moving scope, reduce deflection and shake quantity of the telescopic boom, improve stability and safety of the unbalanced loading work of the side self-loading carrier vehicle.The method can be applied to other telescopic mechanisms.
