T4045K10型40 t门座起重机是目前国内造船起重设备中的一种新型锤型门座起重机。在幅度和起升高度满足使用要求的情况下，与现有的门座起重机相比，总高度较低，吊载范围广，适用于在造船门式起重机主梁梁底以下工作，且可全幅度通过造船门式起重机。实际应用表明：该机在结构创新、安全使用方面是成功可靠的，更能适合搭配门式起重机进行船体分段的吊运安装。%The T4045K10 40 t portal crane is a new hammerhead portal crane of China’s shipbuilding lifting equip-ment. When the amplitude and lifting height meet the requirement,compared to the existing portal crane,the hammerhead portal crane has smaller total height and larger hoisting range;it can be operated below the bottom of the girder of the ship-building gantry crane and can pass through the shipbuilding gantry crane in full range. Practice shows that,this crane achieves structural innovation and safe operation,and can better cooperate with gantry cranes for hoisting installation of ship sections.
