The paper introduces the easily-modified multi-range speed control program for the vibration motor designed based on the special conditions of the feeder of B1F car dumper in Qinhuangdao port coal Phase-II project,which is used to easily control the number of velocity sections and rotational speed to meet the control requirements on multi-shift speed con-trol of the vibration motor.And the commissioning is convenient and use effects are good.%介绍了针对秦皇岛港煤二期 B1F 翻车机给料器的特殊情况设计的振动电机易修改型多速段调速控制程序，该程序可以方便修改控制速段的多少和转速控制范围，满足振动电机多挡调速的控制要求，而且调试方便，使用效果良好。
