在役大型电站门座起重机在线监测系统研究

摘要

In view of the situation where frequent incidents occur to the large-scale power station gantry crane which are impossible to monitor,the paper adopts the PLC control technology,host system and third-party product communication technology to develop a periphery detector for the large-scale power station gantry crane to collect various operating data of the crane in a real-time way and to independently research and develop the safety monitoring management system of the power station gantry crane,which can track the record of the crane,effectively avoid crane accident and facilitate operation and maintenance.%针对大型电站门座起重机事故多发、无法时时监控的现象，运用 PLC 控制技术、上位机系统以及第三方产品的通讯技术，开发出大型电站门座起重机外围检测装置。能够时时采集整机的各项运行数据，同时自主研发出电站门座起重机安全监控管理系统，可对起重机工作过程全程记录追踪，有效地避免起重机事故的发生，也更加方便人员的操作和维修。
