非公路用旅游观光车运行管理及检验的探讨

摘要

非公路用旅游观光车的运行区域选择、检验依据的制定、防护设置的确定已成为目前观光车安全运行急需解决的首要问题.通过对非公路用旅游观光车在特种设备中的引入、现有检验规程的适用性,以及在用非公路用旅游观光车及运行区域存在的安全隐患进行全面深入分析,得出目前需要开展的几项科研工作.%Top priorities for ensuring safe operations of off-road sightseeing vehicles include selecting the operating area, establishing inspection criteria and determining protection setting. After comprehensive and in-depth analysis on the off-road sight-seeing vehicles` introduction into special equipment, applicability of existing inspection procedures as well as security risks in the in use off-road sightseeing vehicles and operating areas, it is decided that several scientific research tasks must be conducted.
