电磁振动给料器的设计

摘要

利用电磁振动原理,设计了电磁振动给料器.对物料进行了受力分析,根据其受力情况确定电磁振动输送器的主要设计参数.介绍了基于ATmega16单片机的控制系统硬件及软件的设计.%Electromagnetic vibrating feeder is designed using the principles of electromagnetic vibration.Stress on materials is analyzed in the paper to determine main design parameters of electromagnetic vibrating conveyors.The paper also introduces the design of hardware and software of the control system based on ATmega16 single-chip microcomputer.
