模块化门式多功能凿岩台车研究

摘要

新奥法施工的隧道中,钻眼、装药等主要工序实现全面机械化将是未来发展趋势.文中研究的模块化门式多功能凿岩台车可应用在围岩级别较好、采用全断面法施工的场合.分析了系统的功能和组成,通过凿岩台车可完成钻孔、打锚杆孔等,配套的作业平台可作为画线、装药、立拱架等的工作平台.通过试验验证了设备的可靠性.%Full mechanization of main processes including drilling and charging is the trend of future development of new Austrian tunneling method.Modular gantry multi-functional drill jumbo studied in the paper is applicable to the field with higher level of surrounding rock and using the full face construction method.Functions and the composition of the system are analyzed in the paper,and operations like drilling and bolt hole drilling can be accomplished by using drill jumbo.Matching platform can be used for setting-out,charging,setting arch center and other operations.Test proves that the equipment is reliable.
