组合式过轨起重机自动对轨装置及方法

摘要

对火力发电厂磨煤机房用过轨式起重机的结构形式、过轨及对轨工作原理进行分析,针对过轨式起重机在对轨过程中存在对轨不准确且工序繁琐的问题,提出了一种便捷可靠的自动对轨装置及对轨方法,以供参考.%The structural type,working principles of cross-rail and rail-aligning of the cross-rail crane dedicated to mill room of the thermal power plant are analyzed.In view of problems existing in the rail-aligning process of the cross-rail crane,such as incorrect rail aligning,complicated process,an easy and reliable automatic rail-aligning device and rail-aligning method is put forward for reference.
