高职院校核心竞争力的内涵构成及应用研究

The core competitiveness of higher vocational colleges is a concrete manifestation of the comprehensive strength of school-running, and is the solid platform for higher vocational colleges to obtain sustainable survival and development. Through the analysis of the development orientation of higher vocational colleges and connotation and components of core competitiveness, the paper puts forward five aspects to enhance the core competitiveness of higher vocational colleges:from the teaching staff, the third party evaluation system, talents training mode, executive power and specialties with characteristics.%高职院校的核心竞争力是学校综合办学实力的具体体现,是高职院校在竞争中取得生存与发展的坚实平台.通过分析高职院校的发展定位、核心竞争力的内涵和构成,提出从师资力量、第三方评价体系、人才培养模式、执行力和特色专业五个方面提升高职院校的核心竞争力.
