珍稀濒危树种秤锤树种子育苗试验研究

         

摘要

为解决秤锤树种子发芽困难的难题,对其种子进行物理性状及吸水性测定、种子沙藏和发芽试验、播种量和育苗密度试验等试验研究.结果表明:秤锤树果实坚硬结实的骨质内果皮是阻碍种子吸水及与外界物质交换的主要障碍因素;打破秤锤树种子休眠的方法以室外沙藏最为简单有效,沙藏时间以15~24个月为宜,沙藏15个月的秤锤树种子发芽率为52.7%,沙藏24个月的发芽率为67.0%;秤锤树的播种量以150~200 kg/667 m2为宜,每667 m2可定苗15000~20000株.%In order to solve the problem of difficulty seeds germination of Sinojackia xylocarpa Hu,we carried out the study on physical properties and water absorption of seed,seed storage in sand and germination test,seeding quantity and seedling density test. The results showed that the strong bony endocarp is the main hindering factors of seed water absorbing and the material exchange with the outside world. the outdoor sand storage was the most simple and effective method for breaking dormancy of S. xylocarpa seed. The storage for 15-24 months is appropriate. The germination rate of 15 months sand storage was 52.7%,while the germination rate of 24 months sand storage was 67%. The seeding quantity of S. xylocarpa should be 150-200 kg and 15 000-20 000 strain,per 667 m2 .
