弱碱三元复合驱驱油体系中表面活性剂浓度优选研究

         

摘要

In ASP flooding process,surfactants help to enhance oil recovery factor. However,the Surfactants are expensive,and the surfactant effect on the stability of the emulsion changes with its concentration,thus it is necessary to optimize the surfactants concentration. In this article ,we combine the numerical simulation and physical experimental research together to solve the problem. Using CMG numerical simulation software to change the surfactants concentration in the injected compound system and compare the oil recovery factor and recovery percent of reserves,so we can screen the optimal surfactant concentration in the main slug and vice slug. At the same time, experimental researches will be carried out with different surfactant concentration,the results of which verify the simulation results. It shows that,along with the increase of the concentration of surfactant,the recovery degree increases. The optimal surfactant concentration in the main slug is 0.3%,and in the vice slug is 0.15%-0.2%. Compared to increasing the mass fraction of surfactant in vice slug,the increased value of recovery degree is bigger when increase the mass fraction of surfactant in the main slug. It demonstrates the amount of surfactant in the main slug plays a more important role in displacing oil from the formation.%在三元复合驱过程中,加入表面活性剂有助于提高原油的采收率.但是表面活性剂价格昂贵,而且表面活性剂对乳状液稳定性的影响随浓度变化而变化,因此为了得到合理的表面活性剂浓度,需要对几种不同方案进行对比研究.采用数值模拟与物理实验相结合的研究方法,在CMG数值模拟软件中,通过调整注入的三元体系中表活剂的浓度,对模拟区块进行预测,对比原油采收率及采出程度等指标,优选出最佳的表面活性剂浓度.与此同时,在室内利用不同表活剂浓度的三元复合溶液对人造岩心进行驱油实验,驱油实验的结果表明了数模结果的正确性.结果表明,原油采出程度随着表面活性剂在三元体系中浓度的增加而增加,表面活性剂在主段塞中合理的浓度为0.3%;在副段塞中合理的浓度为0.15%~0.2%;相比于增加副段塞中表面活性剂的质量分数,增加主段塞中表面活性剂的质量分数时,采收率的提高值更大,说明主段塞中表面活性剂的用量对驱油效果的影响更大.
