玉米秸秆低温热解制备炭燃料试验研究

         

摘要

以玉米秸秆为原料,利用热重分析法对玉米秸秆的热解规律进行研究,考察热解温度对玉米秸秆生物质炭燃料的发热量、质量得率、能源得率、粒度分布和可磨性能的影响.结果表明,240℃时制备的生物质炭燃料达到NY/T 1878—2010标准要求,空干基低位热值为18.08 MJ/kg,质量得率为77.7%,能源得率为92.18%,中值粒径D50为1721.50 nm,并具有较好的可磨性能和燃烧特性.%Using corn straw as raw material,the pyrolysis of corn straw was studied by the method of thermal analysis. The effects of pyrolysis temperature on calorific value,quality yield,energy yield,grain size distribution and grinding performance of corn straw biocoal fuel were investigated. The results showed that the biocoal fuel prepared at 240℃can reach the requirement of NY/T 1878-2010. When the temperature was 240℃,the low calorific value of biocoal fuel was 18.08 MJ/kg,the quality yield 77.7%,the energy yield 92.18%,and the median particle size D501721.50 nm. The grinding performance with combustion characteristics of biocoal fuel were very good.
