高炉上料系统料车合理有效容积的确定

以某公司1 200 m3高炉为例, 在确定原燃料及卸料闸门参数、炉喉直径、料车运行时间、焦丁回收装置套数等各基本条件后, 计算了焦矿批范围, 4车制、5车制和6车制分别所需的料车有效容积;在对5车制和6车制进行了上料能力对比后, 确定了料车合理的有效容积为9. 49 m3.在新建高炉和高炉大修时, 在合理的投资条件下, 确定上料系统料车合理有效容积对高炉稳定的生产有着重要意义.%After the specifications of the raw material and fuel, diameter of the furnace throat, running time of the skip car and the quantity of the nut coke recovery system being defined, a certain 1 200 m3 blast furnace is taken as an example to calculate the range of the coke and ore batches, and the skip car's necessary effective volume when it's respectively 4 cars regulation, 5 cars regulation and 6 cars regulation. After the charging capacity comparison between 5 cars regulation and 6 cars regulation, the skip car's rational effective volume is defined as 9. 49 m3. While new blast furnace's being built and the blast furnace's being overhauled, on the basis of rational investment, definition of skip car's rational effective volume for charging system means important significance to the blast furnace's stable production.
